Richard has over 17 years of experience recruiting within the energy markets in both Europe and North America. Having lived and worked in London UK, and Houston TX, Richard has previously built and managed successful teams at larger corporate staffing firms in both cities. He excelled as an individual contributor, and as a leader he created energy hubs within existing corporate frameworks. Richard led by example, successfully servicing niche energy markets that were often neglected by the larger staffing firms.
